Job Description
PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITY Online Business Manager periodically reviews the Warehouse Process to ensure that operations are running smoothly and efficiently. Strategically manage the warehouse in compliance with the company’s policies and vision. They will update any changes to E-COM processes and retrain warehouse personnel as needed. Accountable to initiate, coordinate and enforce optimal Operation policies and set procedure to the best practice, aligning with the KPIs set by Management.
GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensure proper planning and execution of the daily operation activities (e.g. replenishment, receiving, stock accuracy etc.) in complying with the SOPs, achieving the operations KPIs.
- Monitors and controls all the eDC inventory, replenishment, cycle count, return and ordering cancelling activities of eDC. Ensure all the activities are carried out in the most efficient manner with accuracy and within the required lead-time.
- Ensures all transactions are processed accurately and timely, including warehouse system updating
- Evaluate and adjust the mix max of the picking bin and reserve bin based on the campaign and sales forecast
- Analysis product ABC clustering depends on sales trend
- Manages his team through effective planning, organizing and controlling of work schedule and headcount mobilization
- Ensures on-time submission of transactions documents and the required reports (accurately) to the DC Controller
- Supports and encourages the development of “continuous improvement” culture in the workplace through the implementation of continuous improvement programs
- Proactively identify improvement opportunities and implement the logistics process improvement project and ensure completion within target timeline
- Ad-hoc reports required by Management (if any)
- Monitor the out-of-stock inventory and liaise with internal teams such as the supply chain and CDC on the replenishment of stock
- Communicate with X-Dock & Storage Team on daily incoming Orders which belong to 889 Stocks (ECOM).
- Monitors of the return processing are carried out within the timeline
- Develop the right SOP and ensure the process is implemented according to the plan
SECONDARY DUTIES
- Work in collaboration with other Departments in supporting their activities that impact company KPIs
- Support Manager on GDP Project / Implementations
- GDPMD: Oversee GDPMD (Good Distribution Practice for Medical Devices) compliance as per MDA (Medical Device Authority) requirements under Act 737.
- GDP: Lead GDP (Good Distribution Practice) activities in alignment with NPRA (National Pharmaceutical Regulatory Agency) guidelines and drive process improvement initiatives.
SPAN OF CONTROL
- Ensure all the KPIs achievement and task assigned are done effectively as per Management goals
QUALIFICATION. SKILL/EXPERIENCE
- Must possess at least a Bachelor degree in Warehouse Operation/Supply Chain related logistics, supply management, demand management and operational management.
- At least 7-8 years of working experience in logistics
- Experience with WMS or any related Warehouse System
- Experience working in E-commerce will be added advantage.
- Must be able to negotiate and communicate effectively.
- Proficient in Analytical skill, Problem Solving and Decision Making.
- Computer literacy with understanding on MS office (MS Word, Access, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Good leadership, Good team player initiative, passionate & pleasant personality.
