Ensure all new hires are issued appointment letters within the TAT ( Turn around time ) and also track the acknowledgement by the employee.
Review and approve in Salary structure in discussion with accounts .
Monitor leave accruals (Accumulated ) , Comp off and all leave related benefits are administered as per policy .
Analyse Leave records and Recommend policy changes to the management , if any
Ensure performance improvement plans ( PIP ) and performance enhancement plans ( PEP)are reviewed and approved
Manage all exit related documentation is handled in a timely manner
Audit employee personal files
Ensure employes are issued confirmation letters in a timely manner.
Responsible for announcement of IJP ( internal job posting ) and issue of promotion letters
Responsible for background verification tracking and also for specific client related BGV
Responsible for various trackers like appointment letters, confirmation letter, promotion , Transfer etc.
