Within its Manila office, Colliers International Philippines now has a staff of over 600 dedicated individuals

  • Client farming activities: cold calling, saturation exercises and seeks other legal means to generate and build relationships with clients.
  • Work with our Market Analyst group on submissions for clients. These will include but is not limited to project briefs, case studies, technical and financial due diligence analyses and reports.
  • Prepare and conduct pitches / presentations
  • Coordinating and conducting site inspection for clients
  • Work on documentation related to transaction management, building options list, request for proposal, letters of intent, etc.
  • Negotiate terms and contracts on behalf of clients
  • Coach, mentor and manage a team of brokers
  • Work with our Client Engagement Coordinator on providing clients’ post-sales support
  • Help mount and attend various client engagement activities

Qualifications

  • College Degree in any Business Courses
  • Licensed Real Estate Broker is a plus
  • Professionals with work experience in Business Development, Project Development, Leasing, Sales, and Brokerage are encouraged to apply
