Salary Range: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 Salary/year
Job Shift: DayBirch Family Services is a leading provider of education, employment, and community support services for individuals with autism and developmental disabilities and their families in New York City. Every year, the organization supports more than 2,000 people across 31 locations in Manhattan, Queens, Brooklyn, and the Bronx. From preschool to graduation, employment, housing, and beyond, Birch Family Services provides fully integrated programs and services to support individuals in achieving their goals across their lifetime.
The Manager of Workforce Development and Training is responsible for developing and implementing designated trainings for Education, Community Service, and Administrative Staff as well as families and other pertinent stakeholders as necessary. To provide on-site consultation for Education and CS programs.
This is a hybrid position with the expectations of three days working in person at a Birch Family Service program site or Administrative Office.
Essential Functions:
- Develop and Deliver Professional Development of Agency Staff.
- Develop and Deliver Training for outside clients.
- Provide Internal Program Consultation.
- Provide External Program Consultation.
- Provide Parent and Family Support.
- Participate in committee work as needed.
- Monitor and Report Progress toward project goals.
- All other tasks as required by the department Director.

Qualifications
- Minimum Education-Master's Degree in related Field, (Education, Psychology)
- BCBA Preferred
- Minimum of 3 years' experience
- Exceptional Organizational Skills
- Knowledge of relevant Computer software
- Ability to interact with diverse groups of stakeholders
