
The Manager Accounts Receivables and Cash is responsible for leading and optimizing the global accounts receivable function within a high‑volume, low‑dollar, e‑commerce environment with a tech forward mindset. This role owns the end‑to‑end AR lifecycle, including billing accuracy, cash application, collections strategy, customer communications, and dispute resolution across multiple geographies and payment channels.
The AR Manager will design and implement scalable collections processes, including automated and manual dunning strategies, tailored to B2C and B2B e‑commerce customers, while maximizing cash flow, minimizing DSO, and preserving customer experience. This role partners closely Accounting, Treasury, Customer Support, Sales Operations, and IT to ensure accurate, compliant, and efficient revenue-to-cash operations including GAAP compliant revenue recognition and deferral practices.
The AR Manager leads day‑to‑day AR operations while driving process optimization, control enhancement, and automation—particularly within NetSuite to support scale, speed, and accuracy in a fast‑paced, results‑oriented environment.
