
The Manager of Product Content Marketing is responsible for defining product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market product strategies that differentiate our services from competitors and drive customer adoption. This role focuses on translating product features into compelling sales stories, creating onboarding and support collateral, and ensuring clear, customer-facing communications across sales and customer support touchpoints. The Manager will collaborate cross-functionally to deliver effective sales enablement materials, consistent product communications, and proactive customer support resources that enhance the overall customer journey.
