Select Medical is seeking a manager of physician contracting to join the corporate legal team at Select Medical’s headquarters in Mechanicsburg, PA.
This individual will support the contract lifecycle management needs of a physician practice management business line. The manager of physician contracting will draft and facilitate the review of all contracts impacting the physician practice management business line. They will also manage the contract management database, including contract templates. This individual will serve as a responsive, day-to-day resource for the business, helping keep contracts moving while escalating legal and regulatory questions to the supervising attorney.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of contract drafting and contract life cycle management experience and a strong academic background. A bachelor’s degree is preferred. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication, writing, and analytical skills, and the ability to manage a steady workload, prioritize effectively, and keep contracts moving to completion.
