Job Description

The Manager, Business Knowledge works closely with field teams & leaders within their LOB or concept (Professional Talent Solutions) taking a comprehensive approach to education and ensuring adherence to the model with growth and profitability targets at the forefront. The Manager, Business Knowledge facilitates growth by simultaneously educating on both long term goals and short term business objectives. This person is responsible for delivering field producer training and getting new hires quickly up to full productivity while meeting the goals of the organization. Through field steering and partnering with field teams the Manager, Business Knowledge will improve effectiveness by developing operational tools, coaching, and creating efficiencies.

  • Execute day to day learning operations by facilitating virtual and in-person courses, assessments, and providing program participants internal & external through the Pareto clients the resources and tools necessary to achieve profitable growth
  • Ensure high quality training services and deliver content in a manner that engages and challenges participants
  • Work with key stakeholders- internal & external to determine learning needs, identify skill gaps and ensure learning strategies are applied and continuously improved while seeking new opportunities to maximize the team’s impact on the business
  • Optimize new hire productivity by performance coaching and providing solutions and tools to managers internal & external clients that help retain and maximize employees in their first year
  • Design content, curriculum, conduct pilots, and evaluate delivery methods to maximize value of learning initiatives
  • Develop and maintain formal means of measuring effectiveness and return on investment of training programs including performance coaching including performing coaching consultations with external clients to drive behavioral changes aligned with learning interventions
  • Establish and maintain strong working relationships with program participants internal & external and all levels of management helping to create visibility
  • Partner with SBO team to ensure optimal scalable operating effectiveness and efficiency for all processes, technologies and initiatives connected with revenue-generating areas of the business
  • Work closely with functions and other LOBs to establish and develop a strong and collaborative partnership to ensure continued success

What you need to bring:

  • 4 Year / Bachelors Degree
  • Master’s level work a plus
  • 5-7 years Proven success in direct hire and professional staffing is required. finance & accounting specialization is preferred
  • 5 years People sales management and demonstrated success driving business results; P&L management with strong financial acumen required
  • Proficiency using Google mail, calendaring and shared drives
