The Manager of Labor Engineering and Systems is a high-impact, dual-responsibility role. You will lead the national implementation of warehouse performance management (WPM) tool across our warehouse network and, upon completion, serve as the permanent architect and administrator of the platform. This role owns the entire lifecycle of labor productivity—from engineering the initial labor standards to the long-term maintenance of data integrity across multiple WMS platforms and diverse client contracts (Dedicated and Multi-Customer).

Data Integrity: Ability to identify essential WMS and time/attendance transactions for export to the labor management system, ensuring key data attributes are accurately mapped to provide real-time visibility of both direct and indirect labor hours.
Logic Building: Expert at creating "if/then" labor logic for complex multi-customer sites.
Engineering
The Standard Bearer
Standard Allowed Minutes (SAMs): Deep mastery of best method analysis, performing time studies, and manipulating time and motion models (MOST).
Audit Discipline: The "maintenance" mindset to revisit standards as methods changes, warehouse layouts get modified, or client volumes change.
Project Management
The Rollout Specialist
Phased Deployment: Proven experience in managing large scale projects involving labor optimization and performance management culture change (UPH to earned time).
Vendor Liaison: Ability to speak "code" to software vendors and "warehouse" to the operations team. Ongoing steady-state could include contract renewals, SLAs negotiation, enhancement requests, or escalations with Easy Metrics (or future WPM platforms).
