The mission of the Colorado Coalition for the Homeless is to work collaboratively toward the prevention of homelessness and the creation of lasting solutions for homeless and at-risk families, children, and individuals throughout Colorado. The Manager of Integrated Health Operations – Clinical Support and Logistics is entrusted with the oversight and management of administrative and operations functions in CCH’s health services locations, focusing on delivering high-quality, client-centered care to vulnerable populations. This role requires a seasoned leader who excels in managing diverse teams across multiple sites, building standardized workflows, and is a detail oriented, systems level thinker. The ideal candidate possesses a deep commitment to the underserved and homeless communities, coupled with the ability to navigate complex organizational dynamics, including collaboration with medical staff, senior leadership, and other departments. Their leadership will ensure the smooth operation of integrated health services and the consistent delivery of compassionate, client-centered care.

- Valid driver’s license required. This requirement may be waived, if necessary, based on overall candidate experience and current needs of the business and/or role.

Qualifications Summary

- Valid Colorado driver’s license and eligibility for CCH auto insurance coverage required.
- Can demonstrate Knowledge of electronic health record systems and medical office software.
- Skilled in operating office equipment, such as computers, software (e.g., Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint; e-mail; practice management systems) and telephones.
- Understanding of Excel and budget/accounting data helpful.
Education & Experience

- Required:
- At least 2 years of management experience, preferably in a healthcare or client services environment.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in health operations in either referral management or supplies and logistics.
- HIPAA Trained or possesses proficient knowledge of HIPAA rules and regulations
- Understanding of community health clinic operations.
- Preferred:
- Associate or bachelor’s degree in business administration, healthcare management, or a related field.
- Experience with or understanding of insurance enrollment and billing in a healthcare environment.
- Prior experience in a multi-site operation is a strong plus.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish).
Experience working with underserved or high-needs populations, particularly in a healthcare or non-profit setting.
