Nobia Denmark is the leading kitchen company in Denmark and a core part of Nobia AB, one of Europe's largest kitchen specialists, listed on Nasdaq Stockholm. As we continue to grow and strengthen our operational setup, we are establishing a dedicated Indirect Procurement function for the first time.
This is a rare chance to shape a function from day one. As our first Indirect Procurement Manager, you will take full ownership of our indirect spending, from mapping suppliers to negotiating agreements and building governance that supports a scaling business. You will report directly to the CFO and work as a trusted commercial partner for the organisation.
Scope of the Role
Indirect procurement covers all non-direct material spend and operates in close collaboration with the central Nobia Group procurement team. Your primary categories include but are not limited to:
Marketing & Agencies creative partners, media buying and events
Professional Services consultants, legal counsel, auditors
Logistics & Transport freight, warehousing, last‑mile delivery (non-direct)
Travel & Meetings corporate travel programmes, hotel agreements, meeting venues
HR & Learning: recruitment partners, learning platforms, external trainers
Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will shape how indirect procurement works across the business. You will build the framework, set the standards, and ensure we have the right processes in place as we grow. A big part of your work will be leading sourcing activities and negotiations, securing agreements that balance commercial value and long‑term partnerships. You will also be the go‑to partner for teams across Finance, TED, Marketing, People & Culture, and Operations, helping them translate their needs into clear sourcing strategies.
To support decision‑making, you will create transparency around spend, supplier performance, and savings, and you will keep the CFO closely informed as the function matures.
Your main responsibilities include:
Designing and implementing the indirect procurement framework and governance
Leading sourcing processes, negotiations, and contract management across categories
Partnering with internal stakeholders and aligning with Nobia Group where relevant
Building spends visibility and reports on savings, risks, and supplier performance
What We Are Looking For
An experienced profile within indirect procurement or strategic sourcing, ideally from a commercial or consumer‑focused environment. Relevant academic background is preferred, but practical experience is equally valued. You know how to navigate complex negotiations, work with many stakeholders, and create clarity in a matrix organisation. Experience across several of our key categories is valuable, and deeper knowledge in a couple of them is a plus.
Proven track record in indirect procurement or strategic sourcing with solid negotiation results
Ability to collaborate across functions and seniority levels
Strong commercial mindset and the ability to see value beyond price
Clear communicator who builds trust with both operational teams and senior leadership
Comfortable shaping new processes and bringing structure without unnecessary complexity
Analytical and data‑driven, able to turn insights into clear recommendations
Fluent in both Danish and English, both written and spoken
