From day one, you’ll be part of a collaborative, values-driven organization committed to supporting agriculture and rural communities. In this role, you will lead and enhance our people operations function, ensuring a consistent and compliant employee experience, while partnering with leadership to align HR strategy with business goals, guide employee relations, and drive data-informed decisions.
Salary Range: $86,900 - $128,000
Responsibilities / Duties
• Lead the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of HR processes across the employee lifecycle
• Partner with leadership to align people strategies with business goals and organizational priorities
• Provide guidance and leadership on employee relations, including conflict resolution and performance issues
• Ensure compliance with employment laws, regulatory requirements, and internal policies
• Oversee HR metrics, dashboards, and workforce planning to drive data-informed decisions
• Lead and develop the HR team, ensuring clear priorities, accountability, and growth
• Support organizational effectiveness through process improvement, change initiatives, and team alignment
• Manage compensation practices and support talent and succession planning efforts
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
• Minimum of 6 years of progressive HR experience, including employee relations and compliance
• Strong knowledge of employment law, HR best practices, and regulatory requirements
• Experience using HR data, metrics, and analytics to drive decision-making
• Proven ability to advise and influence leaders on complex people-related issues
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Ability to exercise sound judgment in sensitive or high-risk situations
• Demonstrated ability to lead change and drive alignment across teams
