
The Manager of Security & Valet Services has 24-hour responsibility for the oversight and management of the hospital’s Security and Valet programs. This position manages the day-to-day operations of both departments and is responsible for addressing security, safety, and customer service-related issues.
The Manager assists employees, patients, and visitors with security and valet-related matters and provides continuity and communication between the Director, Security Officers, and Valet Attendants. Additional responsibilities include investigating security-related incidents, supporting a safe and welcoming environment, and ensuring a high level of service for patients, visitors, and staff.
