Job Shift: DaysPosition Overview:
The Clinic Manager will be responsible for the overall management and operations of the clinic(s). This role requires a strategic leader who can manage staff, coordinate patient care, and handle administrative tasks effectively. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare management, excellent organizational skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding patient services.

Key Responsibilities:
· Oversee day-to-day clinic operations, including scheduling, patient flow, and resource management.
· Manage, mentor, and evaluate clinic staff to ensure high performance and professional development.
· Develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance clinic efficiency and compliance with healthcare regulations.
· Monitor and manage the clinic’s budget, including financial reporting, expense tracking, and revenue optimization.
· Ensure high standards of patient care and address any patient concerns or issues promptly.
· Coordinate with medical and administrative staff to streamline workflows and improve patient experience.
· Maintain accurate medical records and ensure adherence to confidentiality and privacy regulations.
· Prepare and present reports on clinic performance, including patient satisfaction and financial metrics, to senior management.
· Implement and oversee quality improvement initiatives to enhance clinic services and patient outcomes.

QualificationsEducation: High School diploma or GED required; 2-year degree preferred

Experience: Required 2 years
Additional requirements / comments / education / experience / skills, registration or certification:
· Bachelor’s degree in healthcare management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
· Minimum of 2 years of experience in healthcare management or a similar role.
· Proven experience in managing teams and overseeing clinic operations.
· Strong understanding of healthcare regulations, medical billing, and patient care protocols.
· Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and healthcare management software.
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
