We provide financial services for Rakuten Group subsidiaries and businesses. Assignment will be to the Finance Section, Finance and Accounting Strategy Department of Rakuten Group, Inc.
Finance Section, Finance and Accounting Strategy Department is currently responsible for planning and executing financial strategies, fundraising and treasury management for Rakuten Mobile.

We are looking for a manager to lead mainly treasury management in the Finance Section.

Position Details

Main responsibilities for the recruited position
- Treasury management at Rakuten Mobile (cash flow management and payment operations)

- Execution of routine fundraising initiatives

- Communication and negotiations with banks
- Other tasks related to financial operations related to the mobile business

Mandatory Qualifications:
- Proven experience in cash flow management at business companies

- Good analytical skills and attention to detail
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data

- Excellent communication skills

- Ability to work independently with speed

- Native-level Japanese and business-level English

Desired Qualifications:

- Experience in fundraising in corporate or financial institutions

- Experience in lending and credit-related operations at financial institutions
