Hematology Oncology Associates of CNY (HOACNY), voted one of Central New York’s Best Places to Work, is looking for a full time Manager of EMR and System Integrations to join our professional team. HOACNY provides cancer care services, Monday through Friday, day hours at three convenient locations in East Syracuse, Syracuse and Auburn. Provides assistance to end-users. Coordinates basic user technical training, develops instructional materials for EMR training and makes recommendations for additions to learning aids and tools. This position provides support in all areas of the EMR functionality, including administrative support to the CIO and department managers.

Requirements

· Experience working in a Medical Oncology Office preferred.

· Associates Degree, technical training or comparable experience preferred.

· Candidates should have experience working with electronic health programs and/or similar software programs.

· Candidates should have experience maintaining, organizing, and updating patient charts/health records with high accuracy.

· Candidates with experience in billing functions and/or authorizations are encouraged to apply.

· Supervisory experience preferred.
