The Manager of Document Management Systems (DMS) is a strategic leader responsible for the performance, evolution, and adoption of the firm’s document and email management environments. This role sits at the intersection of Knowledge Management, Information Technology, Risk Management, and Legal Practice, managing the technical roadmap of the systems (e.g., iManage, Lexis Search Advantage, DeepJudge) while serving as the primary advocate for user experience, ensuring that our 1,000+ attorneys and staff can access the right information at the right time, securely and efficiently. This position advances the mission of the Knowledge Management Department of enabling knowledge sharing and innovation across the firm to enhance the ability of the Firm’s attorneys and business professionals to deliver excellent client service.

Job Specifications
Education Bachelor’s degree required. JD, MLS, or PMP certification preferred.
Experience 5+ years of experience in legal technology or knowledge management, with at least 3 years specifically managing a DMS in a large law firm environment.

The actual salary offered will be based on a number of factors including but not limited to the qualifications of the applicant, years of relevant experience, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and if applicable, the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.New York Salary Range $160,000—$185,000 USD
