Join Ericsson as a Manager of Distribution, where you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our supply strategy, ensuring customer value and satisfaction through an efficient supply chain. What you will do:

• Manage the department in an effective and efficient manner.
• Oversee end-to-end supply chain distribution services and import/export compliance.
• Develop professional capabilities and competence within the scope of responsibility.
• Report significant matters of concern to the division head in a timely manner.
• Serve as the designated customs business contact and liaise with customs for communications and cooperations.
• Carry out communication and cooperation with the customs authorities and respond to official inquiries and regulatory requirements.
• Secure distribution capacity and capabilities, and control distribution costs efficiently.
• Develop and implement import and export compliance programs in line with PRC policies, regulations and E/// internal Trade Compliance directives.
• Oversee full-range customs compliance execution to enhance ENC’s compliance level, and provide timely feedback to customs as required.
• Manage and develop team competencies, including studying and applying relevant policies to import and export management.
• Deliver customs policy insights to the ENC President and LT members in line with their respective responsibilities.
• Govern and manage first-tier LSPs.
• Set unit objectives and targets and follow up implementation results.
• Plan, review and control unit resources, forecasts and expenditures.
• Initiate, support and drive continuous improvement in operational activities.
