About the Role

We are looking for a visionary and hands-on Manager of Creative Design t o champion our brand identity and drive creative innovation across all marketing and non-digital, print, and physical touchpoints.

In this role, you won't just manage projects—you will lead a team of creative designers, shape compelling concepts, and serve as the ultimate guardian of our brand. We are looking for a player-coach who loves to push creative boundaries, mentor top-tier talent, and provide honest, growth-oriented feedback that inspires designers to do the best work of their careers.

What You'll Do:

• Drive Art Direction & Concepts: Act as the creative compass for our brand, leading high-level concept development and art direction for print, promotional, store collateral, and physical experiences.
• Coach, Push, and Cultivate Creativity: Foster a thriving, forward-thinking team culture. Challenge your designers to take calculated risks, explore fresh visual narratives, and continuously elevate their craft.
• Give Honest, Growth-Oriented Feedback: Provide transparent, constructive, and encouraging feedback that accelerates professional growth, sharpens strategic thinking, and builds creative confidence.
• Protect & Evolve the Brand: Brand steward, ensuring absolute visual integrity and consistency across every platform while finding smart ways to keep the brand modern and relevant.
• Collaboration: Partnering seamlessly with different teams in marketing, including strategy, content, copywriters, studio, and production teams, to deliver exceptional work on time.

What We're Looking For:

• Experience: 5+ years of graphic design experience with a strong portfolio showcasing high-end brand identity, art direction, and non-digital/print campaigns; previous leadership or management experience required.
• Conceptual & Artistic Mastery: A proven track record of translating high-level strategy into striking, thumb-stopping visual concepts.
• A Passion for Mentorship: A natural coach who takes pride in developing talent, nurturing creativity, and giving clear, actionable feedback.
• Technical Fluency: Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and a solid understanding of pre-press, print production specs, and material finishes.
