As the Manager of Clinical Services, you’ll lead with purpose, compassion, and vision. In this role, you’ll inspire and empower a dedicated clinical team to deliver exceptional, patient-centered care. QualificationsRequirements & Responsibilities:
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program (Associates, Bachelors, or Masters)
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice
- 2+ years of hospice or home health clinical experience required
- 2+ years of supervisory or management experience required
- Oversee coordination of patient care and assign appropriate staff to each case
- Support clinicians with real-time guidance, mentoring, and clinical problem-solving
- Conduct case reviews, home visits, and clinical audits to ensure high-quality care
- Manage hiring, training, supervision, and evaluation of clinical staff
- Assist in ongoing staff education, orientation, and performance improvement efforts
- Must have reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and proof of auto insurance
