As a Manager of Clinical Operations, you’ll bring leadership, clinical expertise, and compassionate oversight into the daily care experience of our residents. From coordinating personalized care plans to ensuring regulatory compliance, you’ll play a key role in building a thriving care environment where residents, families, and staff feel supported and valued. With a focus on best practices, team development, and collaboration, you’ll help Vivie deliver exceptional, person-centered care every day.
As a Manager of Clinical Operations, you will:
- Lead & Support Clinical Excellence – Oversee assessments, care planning, and clinical services with a focus on safety, regulatory compliance, and best practices in assisted living and long-term care. Ensure accurate documentation and consistency in care delivery.
- Supervise & Develop Clinical Staff – Hire, train, and coach nurses and care staff while fostering a high-performing, compassionate culture. Support ongoing education and provide leadership for daily direction, feedback, and problem-solving.
- Build Strong Relationships Across Care Teams – Collaborate with Housing Administrators, Wellness Directors, Life Enhancement teams, and culinary leaders to ensure holistic, individualized support for every resident.
- Promote Resident-Centered Living – Advocate for dignity, independence, and whole-person care by aligning clinical support with each resident’s personal preferences and goals.
- Coordinate with Providers & Families – Work closely with families, community healthcare partners, and regulatory agencies to ensure smooth transitions, open communication, and excellent clinical outcomes.

This job also requires:
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in Minnesota.
- CPR/BLS certification (or willingness to obtain within 6 months of hire).
- 2-3 years of RN experience preferred, ideally in assisted living or long-term care.
- Strong clinical assessment, documentation, and critical thinking skills.
- Ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.
- Ability to pass state mandated background checks.
- Physical capability to perform all essential job functions.
- Ability to read, write, and speak English to ensure effective communication with team member, residents, and families.
