Job Description

Manager of Client TrainingThe Manager of Client Training defines, delivers, and continuously improves the client training strategy to support onboarding, adoption, and long‑term success. This role leads the Training team and ensures scalable, high‑quality learning programs aligned with business goals, client needs, and SaaS best practices. The Manager partners cross‑functionally with Client Success, Sales, Product, and Marketing to drive engagement, satisfaction, and retention through impactful learning initiatives.This role oversees LMS strategy and optimization, curriculum design, and the introduction of innovative learning approaches such as blended learning, microlearning, and virtual training. Using data and feedback, the Manager measures program effectiveness, establishes KPIs and OKRs, and drives continuous improvement. The position also includes team leadership, resource planning, vendor management, and budget input. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute scalable client training programs for onboarding and ongoing success
  • Lead, coach, and develop the Training team
  • Partner cross‑functionally to align training with business and client goals
  • Oversee LMS optimization, learning analytics, and performance metrics
  • Introduce innovative learning technologies and methods
  • Ensure training content remains current, compliant, and effective

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of training management and curriculum design experience (SaaS preferred)
  • Strong client‑facing, leadership, and communication skills
  • Experience with LMS platforms, modern learning methodologies, and data‑driven improvement
  • Ability to translate business objectives into effective learning solutions
  • 10–20% travel

The salary range for this position is $98,000 - $126,000; commensurate salary to be determined based on skills, professional background and expertise. This position is also eligible, pursuant to applicable eMoney policies, for the annual bonus program, retirement contributions, health insurance, sick leave, parental leave and paid time off.
