Salary – $147,250.00 pa plus superannuation and leave loading
We are currently seeking an experienced Manager of Business Unit (Technology) who is a logical and analytical thinker, with strong trade, operational and people management experience. The successful candidate will demonstrate the ability to lead diverse teams, manage business operations, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and build productive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

As a Manager Business Unit, you will lead and oversee the day-to-day activities of the Business Unit, ensuring productivity, efficiency, and commercial outcomes are achieved while maintaining a safe and effective working environment.
This is more than an operational management role. You will provide leadership, guidance, and support to your team, build strong relationships with stakeholders, and contribute to business development initiatives that strengthen service delivery and create new opportunities. Through strategic planning, decision-making, and people leadership, you will play a key role in driving continuous improvement and achieving business objectives.
