
As part of the People Team, The Manager of Attorney Talent serves as the primary contact for associates in the C&F practices in the Americas. The Manager is responsible for supporting associates through their life cycle from on boarding and integration through offboarding. This role will serve as an accessible resource, helping associates navigate feedback, staffing, professional growth and career decisions. They will partner with the Head of Talent for C&F, the Americas C&F Leadership team, and the Americas Attorney Talent team, and the C&F Operations team to implement and manage C&F programs that directly support associate success.
They will report to the Director of Attorney Talent and Development. In addition, they will work closely and interact regularly with other members of the People team. This position will be located in our Washington, D.C. office.

HOURS
Core hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., with one hour for lunch. Must be flexible to work additional hours as necessary. This position follows a hybrid schedule, with four days in the office and one day working remotely from home.
In Washington, D.C., the expected base salary range for this role is $140,000 to $172,000 per year.
This range reflects a good-faith estimate of pay at the time of posting; the actual compensation offered may vary depending on factors such as the candidate’s qualifications. This position is eligible for additional forms of compensation, which may include annual discretionary bonuses. Employees in this role are also eligible for benefits offered by the firm, subject to applicable plan terms and conditions, which currently include medical, dental, and vision insurance; a 401(k)-retirement plan; and paid time off.
