Georgia-Pacific LLC is seeking an experienced Manager of Analysis to join our Dixie® Operations Finance team, supporting our cups manufacturing in Lexington, KY This critical role serves as the financial leader for the Lexington manufacturing site—acting as the site’s CFO by providing strategic financial leadership, surfacing opportunities and risks early, and influencing decisions that improve performance. You will partner closely with operations and finance leaders to challenge assumptions, close gaps, create value, and transform operations through actionable insights and strategic planning.
Location: This role requires on-site financial support for the manufacturing plant in Lexington, KY. The position offers a hybrid work schedule, combining in-office days with the flexibility to work from home part-time. The Manager of Analysis reports to the Director of Operations Finance, located in Atlanta.
Our Team: The Operations Finance team spans all GP operations and corporate headquarters in Atlanta, GA. We are dedicated to supporting manufacturing teams embracing strong economic and critical thinking, leveraging point-of-views, and considering alternatives and ranges of outcomes when making investment decisions. Our collaborative approach involves partnership with Plant Accounting, Commercial Finance, and other Centers of Excellence.
How We Work: We operate with an entrepreneurial mindset, providing strategic direction and coaching across the finance and operations team. Success in this role requires building trusted relationships with operations leaders, proactively identifying opportunities and risks, constructively challenging assumptions, and confidently voicing concerns and insights in group settings to drive better decisions, value creation, and innovation.
