As the Manager of Nutrition Services, you will manage all aspects of our food service department, ensuring quality, safety, and compliance. You’ll lead a talented team, design nutritious menus, and create memorable dining experiences for patients, Long-Term Care residents, Assisted Living tenants, visitors, and staff This role combines culinary expertise with leadership and strategic planning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee food production and service programs for patients, residents, and tenants, ensuring quality and cost control.
• Plan and prepare menus, including therapeutic diets, and manage food purchasing.
• Maintain sanitation standards, safety practices, and regulatory compliance.
• Train and evaluate dietary staff, fostering a culture of excellence and customer service.
• Collaborate with medical and nursing teams to meet patient and resident dietary needs.
• Prepare and manage departmental budgets and performance improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate special events and functions with exceptional attention to detail.

What We’re Looking For:

• Education: Culinary Arts or Dietetic Degree required.
• Experience: Minimum 3 years as an Executive Chef or in food service management; healthcare experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of nutrition, menu planning, and food safety standards.
• Proven leadership skills and ability to manage a diverse team.
