What You’ll Own
Lead daily nursing operations and clinical excellence
Coach, develop, and hold your team accountable
Ensure medications, treatments, and documentation are done right, every time
Partner with interdisciplinary teams to drive resident outcomes
Manage staffing, quality, and compliance
What You Bring
Active RN license
2+ years leadership experience (long-term care preferred)
Strong clinical judgment plus team leadership skills
A “roll up your-sleeves” leadership style
