At ANZ, we're shaping a world where people and communities thrive, driven by a common goal: to improve the financial wellbeing and sustainability of our millions of customers.
The Manager role works closely with the Senior Manager – Non-Financial Risk Events, to case manage Non-Financial Risk (NFR) Events, from creation to closure. The role helps solve issues across the systems and business processes for ANZ’s Retail Product Portfolio.
Working across multiple systems, business processes, products and teams in our Australia Division, the role offers exposure to multiple parts of the business and a wide range of stakeholders. The Business Analyst plays a critical role in identifying root causes and fixing issues to stop customer impact and potential obligation breaches.
This is a strong development opportunity for a curious and capable business analyst who wants to get underneath the hood of retail banking systems and processes which are complex. It would suit someone who enjoys solving nuanced problems, build strong relationships, and is comfortable with detail work that requires critical thinking. The role offers hands on exposure to the product management function and the infrastructure and environment it operates in.
This role would suit someone who is organised, analytical, detailed and above all a clear and concise communicator. It is well suited to a structured thinker who enjoys variety and is comfortable working to a plan with deadlines. You will be working across a broad value chain within a large organisation so building trusting relationships is invaluable.
