The Manager, NFR Data & Insights is responsible for the end-to-end development of insights that support effective non-financial risk (NFR) management and decision-making across the enterprise.
Reporting to the Senior Manager NFR Data and Insights, this role translates business and risk questions into clear, decision-ready insights, dashboards and analytical products. It works across business, systems, data and technology teams to ensure outputs are practical, governed and aligned to how decisions are made.
The role combines strong analytical capability, product thinking and stakeholder partnership to uplift insight and analytics maturity acoross the broader NFR ecosystem. It ensures every insight product, from initial question through to final output, is built on sound logic, governed data and consistent definitions, and is designed to inform decisions and drive meaningful action that improves risk and customer outcomes.
This role involves hands-on delivery, stakeholder partnership and people leadership, while working across NFR Data, Insights and Systems disciplines to meet shifting portfolio demands and priority outcomes.
