As a Manager, Monfalcone Supply Chain you will be the interface between the site and the broader Supply Chain organization, responsible for daily direction of site supply chain resources, management of commodities delivered by the site, capacity planning, schedule alignment, and supplier performance.
You will report to the Sr Director, Nuclear Safety Systems and be located at our Westinghouse facility in Monfalcone, Italy. Also, the role will matrix report to the site leader located in Monfalcone. We will offer this position as an onsite role.
Provide direct leadership to the team of procurement project managers and supplier performance engineers located at the site
Provide direction (matrix relationship) to the on-site supplier quality engineers and sourcing specialists
Be a central connection point between the site's operational needs and the broader supply chain structure
Lead capacity planning for materials and services required to support the site, including forecasting needs, identifying bottlenecks, and assessing supplier load and capability
Oversee and track supplier on-time delivery, schedule adherence, production milestones, witness/hold points, inspection readiness, and documentation deliverables to ensure compliance with program requirements.
Work with the team to ensure suppliers are identified and maintained on the ASL/QSL that are required to support the site needs
Provide linkage between the site and the corporate supply chain organization for commodities sourced outside the APX supply chain structure
Represent the site in planning meetings, program reviews, and supply chain readiness assessments
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Operations, or related field.
8+ years of supply chain/procurement experience in engineered products.
Experience leading supplier quality, sourcing, and planning functions.
Proficiency with ERP/MRP (SAP preferred).
English proficiency level C1 required and atleast B2 proficiency in Italian expected
