Key Objective:
Lead all CNC milling and support operations utilizing advanced 5-axis CNC machines to successfully convert customer-supplied CAD models into high-quality machined plugs and patterns while ensuring safety, quality, schedule adherence, and continuous improvement.
The Manager of Milling Operations provides leadership and technical oversight for all CNC milling and support functions. Milling operations utilize advanced 5-axis CNC equipment programmed and supported through Siemens NX CAD/CAM software. This role is accountable for operational execution, team development, material utilization, documentation control, and delivery of first-quality parts on time.

Education and/or Experience: Bachelor’s degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience

Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
