Job Description

This role establishes a scalable governance and support model for training delivery, ensuring consistent execution through standards, templates, and stakeholder coordination. It also drives digital enablement (SharePoint/LMS automation, improved communication and accessibility) and leads the rollout of Digital Badges to increase learner engagement, visibility of the learning culture, and certification of selected programs.

• Build and implement a replicable governance framework for training delivery, including participant management and communication standards
• Ensure reliable execution through clear routines, templates, and escalation paths across programs
• Provide hands-on delivery support for Talent Programs and other Hapag-Lloyd Academy initiatives
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth planning, readiness, and on-time delivery
• Identify and implement automation/simplification opportunities for recurring delivery and communication tasks
• Use SharePoint and the LMS to improve digital workflows and user experience for learners and stakeholders
• Ensure learning offers are widely communicated and easy to access
• Drive the rollout of Digital Badges with scalable processes and governance to boost engagement, visibility, and program certification

• Relevant Experience in Learning & Development, training operations or program management with strong operational ownership
• Proven ability to design governance, standardize processes and drive adoption with stakeholders
• Strong digital affinity and a continuous improvement mindset; able to translate ideas into practical solutions
• Confident working with SharePoint and Learning Management Systems; interest in automation and scalable workflows
• Strong communication skills, structured working style and high-quality standards
• Fluent in English and German
