Job Description

As part of Revenue Management, our Value-Added Services (VAS) department is responsible for the concept, implementation, and commercial performance of Value-Added Services. These products are offered to customers at multiple touchpoints across the customer journey and play an important role in enhancing the customer experience and generating additional revenue.

We are looking for a Manager (m/f/d) to act as the primary interface toward multiple IT Product teams for overarching topics, take ownership of the overall business roadmap across commercial products, and establish first-level support for product issues after go-live.

  • Act as the primary business contact for VAS topics, coordinating with IT Product teams to drive requirement clarification and refinement sessions
  • Translate business needs into functional requirements, ensuring alignment across Commercial Product Owners
  • Drive requirement clarification and refinement sessions with IT teams, bridging the gap between IT and Commercial teams
  • Maintain a consolidated business roadmap for all VAS products, collecting and consolidating requirements
  • Manage internal prioritization of new product initiatives, balancing commercial value, customer impact, and technical feasibility
  • Provide transparency on roadmap priorities, dependencies, and delivery status to stakeholders
  • Serve as the first point of contact for technical and operational issues with live commercial products
  • Investigate and assess incidents, identify recurring issues, and drive improvement actions to enhance product performance
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a consistent customer experience across products
  • 5+ years of experience in commercial product management, business analysis, or IT delivery coordination
  • Strong ability to manage multiple initiatives and prioritize tasks in a complex environment
  • Experience working with enterprise IT teams and understanding technical solution development
  • Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills for investigating system-related issues
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills, leading cross-functional workshops and discussions
  • Ability to create structure and clarity across a diverse product portfolio
  • Comfortable challenging priorities and making strategic trade-off decisions
  • Adaptability to switch between strategic planning and hands-on problem-solving tasks
