About the role:
·Drive operational efficiencies and continuous improvement in medical staff credentialing processes across assigned sites, ensuring timely, accurate, and compliant execution.
·Partner with centralized credentialing teams to align workflows, promote standardized practices, and ensure consistency in credentialing processes and requirements across the organization.
Required Education/Experience/Specialized Skills:
·Five (5) years of experience working in a Medical Staff Office or related medical staff services environment, including at least two (2) years of leadership experience or demonstrated experience leading complex projects, process improvement initiatives, or project management activities.
Preferred Education/Experience/Specialized Skills/Certification:
·Certification as a Certified Medical Staff Coordinator (CMSC), Certified Professional in Medical Services Management (CPMSM), Certified Provider Credentialing Specialist (CPCS), or Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ).
