
The MSL Manager is primarily a people leader and field medical strategist, responsible for building and developing a high-performing regional MSL organization, driving cross-functional collaboration with regional sales leadership, and ensuring excellence in medical execution across France.
Position Purpose
The Medical Science Liaison (MSL) Manager leads and develops a team of regional Medical Science Liaisons across France, ensuring excellence in scientific engagement with healthcare professionals, key opinion leaders, and healthcare organizations.
The role is responsible for building a high-performing field medical organization, driving execution of the Medical Affairs strategy, developing talent, and ensuring consistent scientific support across all regions.
The MSL Manager plays a key leadership role in fostering effective collaboration between Medical Affairs and regional commercial organizations, ensuring a coordinated and customer-centric approach to stakeholder engagement across France.
As a key member of the Medical Affairs Team, the MSL Manager translates strategic priorities into effective field execution and provides actionable medical insights to support evidence generation, stakeholder engagement, and patient outcomes.
