若未及時補足人力，現有團隊將需分攤其工作內容，可能影響：
專案執行品質與時程、客戶服務穩定度、團隊整體負荷與效率
因此建議儘速進行替補招募，以確保客戶服務與營運穩定。
本次替補除維持既有客戶服務穩定外，亦希望藉此優化團隊能力組成，優先延攬具數位媒體實務經驗之人選，以強化未來提案與業務拓展競爭力。
