The Universal Television Entertainment Group (UTEG) is seeking a brand strategist to join our Marketing Strategy team – a creative thinker with an analytical mind, who’s passionate about shaping how brands connect, communicate to their audiences, and grow. As Manager, Marketing Strategy, you’ll work closely with the Vice President, Marketing Strategy in advancing the evolution of the Peacock brand, ensuring it shows up consistently across campaigns, content, and culture. You’ll help articulate the brand’s vision, positioning, and strategic guardrails – then translate it into actionable direction for title strategies, creative development, and cross-functional collaboration. This is a role for someone who sees brand not as a logo or a tagline, but as a living story told through every audience interaction.
You’ll also support the development of marketing strategies for priority titles under the Bravo brand (think franchises like The Real Housewives, Vanderpump Rules, and Below Deck), crafting messaging and positioning briefs that fuel fandom to drive audience awareness, tune-in, and engagement. You’ll play a critical role in leveraging data and insights to help marketing teams understand the unique value proposition, cultural context, and growth opportunities for original unscripted programming, and the Bravo brand writ large.
