About the role:This is a highly visible leadership role with a strong focus on driving distributor growth and business performance. As Marketing Manager, you will act as the voice of the Spanish market, translating local needs and market realities into impactful marketing strategies and initiatives.

You will lead marketing activities with a strong sales-first mindset, ensuring that campaigns, communications, product initiatives, and brand activities contribute to recruitment, activation, retention, and overall distributor success.

The role offers a unique combination of strategic thinking, data-driven decision-making, stakeholder management, and people leadership. You will work closely with other areas of the business - notably Sales, Call Centre, Events, Product, Social Media - and external partners while leading a small marketing team to deliver measurable business outcomes.

In this role, you will:

  • Lead the development and execution of the annual marketing plan for the Spanish market
  • Ensure marketing initiatives are aligned with commercial objectives and drive measurable business growth
  • Translate regional and global strategies into impactful local market execution
  • Serve as the voice of the Spanish market within Brand, PR, Social Media and B2C initiatives
  • Identify growth opportunities through market insights, data analysis, and performance evaluation
  • Support marketing leadership with insights, campaign recommendations, and brand opportunities
  • Drive strong distributor engagement across channels and initiatives
  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing marketing team
  • Ensure clear prioritization, accountability, and execution excellence across the team

Our requirements:

  • 5–7 years of experience in Marketing, Commercial, or Business-related roles
  • Strong marketing expertise, including brand management, product marketing, market research, competitive analysis, PR, social media and advertising
  • Proven experience leading marketing initiatives from development through implementation
  • Experience working closely with commercial teams and supporting business growth objectives
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Advanced English and fluent Spanish
  • Strong analytical and data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into actions and results
  • Experience using data and KPIs to measure performance and support decision-making
  • Previous people management experience
  • Strong interpersonal skills, including active listening, networking, and influencing abilities
  • Customer-oriented mindset with strong negotiation skills
  • Proactive, resilient, and adaptable approach to work
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Sales, Business, or a related field
  • Experience working in international and cross-functional environments is an advantage
  • Portuguese language knowledge is an advantage
