Key responsibilities:
Brand Strategy & Stewardship
- Act as a brand guardian, ensuring consistent application of brand guidelines across all channels and markets
- Translate brand strategies into clear marketing frameworks, toolkits, and campaigns
- Support brand positioning, messaging architecture, and storytelling development
Campaign & Content Management
- Lead end-to-end execution of brand marketing campaigns (launches, seasonal campaigns, events, hotel openings and always-on brand initiatives)
- Oversee content development across digital, social, print, film and partnerships
- Ensure creative quality, brand coherence, and on-time delivery
Marketing Services & Asset Management
- Manage marketing assets including brand toolkits, visual libraries, templates, and guidelines
- Oversee production of marketing collateral (brand films, key visuals, collateral, digital assets)
Agency & Partner Management
- Brief, manage, and evaluate creative, media and production agencies
- Ensure agency outputs meet brand, budget, and timeline expectations
- Support pitch processes and contract management where required
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with internal teams (Hotel opening teams, Digital, PR, Sales, Operations, Regional/Property teams) to align project initiatives
- Support local market adaptations while maintaining global brand integrity
- Provide brand guidance and approvals for marketing requests
Performance & Insights
- Track and evaluate brand campaign performance using agreed KPIs
- Monitor brand health metrics, consumer insights, and market trends
- Use insights to continuously refine brand marketing strategies
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
- 6–8 years of experience in brand marketing, marketing services, or integrated marketing
- Experience in hospitality, lifestyle, luxury, retail, or premium consumer brands is an advantage
- Proven track record managing brand campaigns and creative agencies
- Strong understanding of brand strategy, visual identity, and storytelling
- Excellent project management and stakeholder management skills
- Strong creative judgment with attention to detail
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution
- Confident communicator, both written and verbal
