Essential Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for interviewing,onboarding& trainingnew team members.

• Conducts ongoingtrainings

• Partner with department leaders to coach and support new hires.

• Conduct weekly training for reps that are underperforming.

• Welcome guests warmly to the resort and provide them with a brief overview of the resort, resort activities and services, and things to do in the area. 

• Supportnew technologyrollouts and sales initiatives through becoming a SME (Subject Matter Expert).

• Responsible for booking guests to attend an owner update both by phone and face to face.

• Responsible formaintainingan excellent culture and environment.

• Maintainabovebudget penetration rate of assigned guests and ensure that the overall penetration of the site is above the budget.

• Maintain department standards of production and work as a team player.

• Prepareadditionalreportsdeemednecessary by management.

• Ensureany pertinent information related to Marketing is properly andtimelydisseminated

• Coordinate with salesregardingnew/changes in marketing programs (booking/gifting policies).

Qualifications

• High School diplomarequired College degree in related field preferred.

• Successful Wyndham Destinations marketing experiencerequired

• Excellent communication skillsbothwritten and verbal.

• Must be highly motivated with a positive attitude andgood workethic.

• Problem solving ability.

• Ability to effectively coach,counseland motivate direct reports.

• Provide exceptional customer service (i.e.mustbe able to communicate in a positive and effective manner when dealing with upset owners).

• Ability to negotiate effectively.

• Working knowledge of marketing databases

• Ability to lead by example.

• Must haveTimeshare/ Vacation Ownership Experience.

Compensation

Compensation for this position is $80,169 per year, plus incentive earnings reasonably ranging from $27,500 to $77,500 annually, depending upon individual performance and site targets. Performance above or below reasonable expectations could result in incentive earnings outside of this range. Please note: Components of incentive compensation are paid both weekly and monthly for this role.
