This position will be a hybrid work arrangement. You will receive 18 remote workdays per quarter to use at your discretion, subject to manager approval. What you will do:
Implement marketing campaigns to promote our brand and investment strategies across institutional investors, wholesale/wealthchannels, and high-net-worth individuals
Collaborate with sales/investor relations, investment specialists, and investment professionals to ensure alignment of marketing initiatives with business goals
Develop and implement local conference plans, manage budgets, and track return on investment for client eventsand paid media
Build,translate,review, and edit content for press releases, byline articles, keynote presentations, and other associated content
Develop and implement PR plans, oversee media agencies, and assess Share of Voiceresults
Track, measure, and report on the efficiency of marketing activities
And other responsibilities asrequired
What you bring:
Experience in asset management, financial services, or private equity marketingacross the DACH region
Knowledge in Asset Management and/ orPrivate Marketproducts/ solutions
Proven experience working in global organizations and collaborating across geographies
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
NativeGermanspeaker,fluentin English
Education Preferred:
Bachelor’sdegreeor equivalent experience
Experience:
10+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with specificexpertisein completing marketing campaigns across paid, earned, and owned media
