Job Purpose: You will lead and collaborate on the end-to-end development and execution of marketing campaigns for both the Esports World Cup (EWC) and Esports Nations Cup (ENC). The role is responsible for driving viewership, attendance, engagement, and brand growth by turning strategic direction into clear, executable campaigns across global and regional markets. You will manage timelines, cross-functional coordination, and performance reporting to ensure every campaign delivers measurable results.
Strategy and Planning
Lead the planning of end-to-end marketing campaigns for EWC and ENC.
Turn strategic goals into clear campaign plans with defined audiences, messages, deliverables and KPIs.
Shape campaign direction using market insights, product updates and audience data.
Localize global campaign concepts for key regions and ensure cultural and market relevance.
Align campaign plans with major tournaments, partnerships, and platform opportunities.
Execution and Delivery
Oversee the entire campaign lifecycle and ensure all milestones, assets, and deliverables are met.
Coordinate with media, creative, social, PR, influencer, product and event teams to ensure smooth execution.
Manage agencies and vendors, monitor progress and resolve issues that may affect timelines or quality.
Ensure all campaign materials follow brand guidelines and meet the required quality standards.
Reporting and Optimization
Track campaign performance against KPIs and propose improvements while campaigns are live.
Review results with the data and insights team and present performance summaries to stakeholders.
Produce post-campaign evaluations that highlight key learnings, ROI, and recommendations for future campaigns.
5+ years of experience in marketing.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Media or related field (or equivalent professional experience). An advanced degree is a plus.
Marketing and Campaign Skills
Strong campaign management skills with experience leading multi-channel, multi-market campaigns.
Ability to build clear briefs and guide creative, media, and content teams.
Solid understanding of paid media, social platforms, content development, and event marketing.
Skilled in managing timelines, workflows, and agency deliverables.
Analytical and Technical Skills
Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret dashboards and performance reports.
Comfortable working with campaign management tools, project management systems, and reporting platforms.
Ability to translate insights into actionable recommendations.
Leadership and Collaboration
Strong collaboration skills with the ability to align stakeholders across multiple teams and functions.
Able to influence decisions and manage expectations without formal authority.
Clear and structured communicator, confident presenting to senior stakeholders.
