Job Description


Responsible for the strategic branding and positioning of facility by developing and/or implementing a marketing strategy for the facility in order to meet and exceed the annual revenue targets. Also responsible for developing and maintaining strategic relationships, managing and coordinating the day-to-day marketing activities within the agreed upon guidelines and offering incentives or tailor made marketing plans to customers in order to attract them to the facility services.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning:

  • Develop and implement annual marketing and communication plans for Corniche Hospital.
  • Align hospital branding with SEHA corporate standards.

Brand Management:

  • Maintain consistent brand identity across all materials and platforms.
  • Oversee production of promotional items, signage, and marketing collateral.

Marketing & Communication Activities:

  • Manage advertising, media relations, and public relations initiatives.
  • Coordinate events, campaigns, and community engagement programs.
  • Ensure timely and accurate content for digital platforms (website, social media).

Stakeholder Collaboration:

  • Work closely with hospital leadership and SEHA corporate marketing teams.
  • Build relationships with media, vendors, and community partners.

Budget & Performance:

  • Develop and monitor marketing budgets.
  • Track ROI and prepare periodic reports on marketing effectiveness.

Compliance & Quality:

  • Ensure adherence to SEHA policies, governance frameworks, and industry best practices.

Qualifications & Experience:

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.
  • (Preferred) master’s degree in marketing or MBA.

Experience:

  • 6–8 years in marketing/communications, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
  • (Preferred) Experience in healthcare or hospital environment.

Skills:

  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in English (Arabic preferred).
  • Expertise in branding, media relations, event management, and digital marketing.
  • Ability to manage budgets and analyze ROI.
