Opportunity at a Glance
This role leads the development and execution of integrated marketing strategies across Chamberlain’s campuses, driving awareness, engagement, and enrollment growth. The Marketing Manager translates institutional priorities into scalable, market-specific plans while ensuring brand consistency and measurable performance. They partner cross-functionally to align strategy, execution, and optimization across all marketing channels.
Responsibilities
Own the end-to-end marketing strategy and execution for assigned campuses, supporting enrollment growth and brand presence across markets.
Translate campus goals, enrollment targets, and market dynamics into integrated marketing plans across channels and lifecycle stages.
Define market-specific strategies based on demand, competition, local insights, and program mix.
Develop and brief campaigns, content, and creative assets aligned to campus priorities and audience needs.
Establish KPIs, lead and enrollment targets, and performance benchmarks in partnership with Enrollment and Finance.
Monitor, analyze, and continuously optimize campaigns and channel performance across digital, field, and CRM efforts.
Turn data into actionable insights to inform decision-making and improve outcomes.
Identify opportunities to improve performance and partner cross-functionally to activate against them.
Ensure agency and vendor performance through ongoing QA, optimization, and clear direction.
Partner closely across Digital and Performance Marketing, Brand and Creative, Field/Local Marketing, PR and Community Engagement, and CRM teams.
Build and manage integrated marketing plans, timelines, and campaign calendars for campus initiatives and priorities.
Ensure consistency, scalability, and best practices across campuses while allowing for local customization.
Collaborate with enrollment leadership, campus operations, and agency partners to align on priorities and execution.
Lead ongoing reporting, performance tracking, and stakeholder updates.
Contribute to the evolution of marketing playbooks, tools, and templates to improve speed, quality, and efficiency.
In support of the pay transparency laws enacted across the country, the expected salary range for this position is between $70696.34 and $127957.05. Actual pay will be adjusted based on job-related factors permitted by law, such as experience and training; geographic location; licensure and certifications; market factors; departmental budgets; and responsibility.
