Your role

  • You participate to the development and activation of our Foodservice product portfolio .
  • You manage the assortment with the product and market segment organization, and with the respective internal stakeholders within our global matrix organization.
  • You define a roadmap to drive business in Market Segment in close alignment with the Market Segment Head.
  • You work closely with R&D, Pricing, Sales to align and steer the projects.
  • You actively monitor competitors to benchmark our portfolio and prepare a competitive analysis.
  • You actively monitor and analyze customer menus and define the potentials for Döhler for direct or indirect sales approach.
  • You support the sales team by actively engaging with customers and participate to customer visits and customer presentations. In that context and for one specific customer you ensure a strong and dynamic teamplay with the responsible Account Manager.
  • You define success metrics and analyze customer feedback and product usage
  • You communicate up-to-date and aligned portfolio updates within and outside the organization
  • You ensure in house trainings to foster a deeper understanding of the Foodservice portfolio

Your profile

  • You successfully worked for min. 5 years as a Category, Marketing or Account Manager in the Foodservice industry, ideally in a B2B business environment
  • Ideally you have experience with QSR customers (Marketing, Sales, Business development) in EUR + MEA
  • You have a degree in general business administration, Marketing or food technology
  • You have a proven track record creating concepts and executing product launches with Foodservice customers
  • You have a strong customer mindset with demonstrated ability to engage directly and honestly with customers and deliver positive experience by creating a partnership mentality
  • You have excellent organizational and project management skills that will help you to meet deadlines
  • You are a team player with a hands-on mentality and entrepreneurial thinking skills
  • You are able to deal with ambiguity, manage change and multiple priorities in a very dynamic work environment
  • You are highly enthusiastic about Foodservice concepts and products
  • You are willing to travel
  • You are fluent in English, German is beneficial
  • You have strong powerpoint skills and are able to prepare and present engaging and visually compelling presentations
  • You are strong in consumer insight analysis and able to analyse social media trends and translate them into our product offer
