OBJECTIVE OF JOB
To lead market strategy and data-driven marketing by steering campaign planning, coordinating digital innovations and acting as the main liaison with Vans HQ for market scope. Ensuring consistent value delivery, delivering scope, aligning with global business priorities and driving high market satisfaction with EC Malaysia. Oversee market operations and standardize/harmonize target picture across various business units. Collaboration and communication with internal and external stakeholders for delivery management.
Single Point of Contact with Vans HQ
Serve as the Single Point of Contact (SPoC) between EC and Vans HQ. Liaison between global stakeholders and Experience Center for market deliverables, and external partners, agency and hubs to ensure smooth coordination and timely execution. Manage market operations and communication with relevant teams for overall governance of EC market scope.
Lead Market Management and Campaign Activation
Responsible for strategic planning, full execution, and performance tracking of marketing campaigns across assigned markets. Ensure that campaign initiatives align with both local market objectives and global brand strategy. Manage the entire campaign lifecycle, from concept to completion and assess performance to drive continuous improvement. Responsible for project management of campaigns and always-on services. Monitor and coordinate implementation activities across all streams in EC Malaysia to drive higher adoption of EC services and optimize utilization of yearly scope.
Market Operations and Financial Governance
Manage day-to-day operations including market requests and communication, campaign timelines, budget utilization, contract coordination and invoice process in collaboration with relevant teams. Establish governance standards to ensure market(s) together with relevant stakeholders are ready for activations, aligned with global guidelines, legal requirements and data privacy regulations. Responsible for timely SLA/ /PO/Invoicing and scope utilization to ensure timely financial transactions between market & EC and business case of Vans portfolio within EC
Increase Market Satisfaction
Enhance market satisfaction by providing exceptional support and solutions tailored to each market's unique challenges. Regularly gather feedback from market teams, address concerns promptly, and implement improvements to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
EDUCATION LEVEL / TRAINING
Master’s degree (preferred) in Marketing, Digital Transformation, Data Analytics, or Business Management
PMO certification (preferred)
EXPERIENCE
7-10 years of experience in market management, business transformation and/or marketing role
Strong background in leading cross-functional projects, digital initiatives across regional/global teams
Strong stakeholder management and negotiation with a track record of aligning shared goals across multiple stakeholders
Familiarity with automotive, luxury or premium consumer sectors
Working experience in automotive industry or luxury industry (preferred)
Prior exposure to collaborating with diverse international markets, global clients, and agencies (preferred)
Experience in scrum / agile project management / PMO function (preferred)

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent project/program management skills
Proven ability to manage multiple markets and tasks simultaneously
Experience in developing and executing 360° data-driven digital strategies and campaigns
Knowledge of marketing and customer journey landscape in Sales and Customer Services
Passionate about innovation, business transformation, value creation and strategic thinking
Solution-oriented, collaborative attitude, has analytical thinking capabilitieS
Fluent in English and able to express and communicated clearly
