OBJECTIVE OF JOBS

To lead market strategy and data-driven marketing by steering campaign planning, coordinating digital innovations and acting as the main liaison with assigned markets – ensuring consistent value delivery and alignment with global business priorities.

1. Lead Market Management and Campaign Activation

Oversee strategic planning, full execution, and performance tracking of marketing campaigns across assigned markets. Ensure that campaign initiatives align with both local market objectives and the global brand strategy. Manage the entire campaign lifecycle, from concept to completion and assess performance to drive continuous improvement.

2. Act as Primary Liaison for Assigned Market(s)

Serve as the Single Point of Contact (SPoC) between assigned markets and global stakeholders, including Content Studio, Overseas Marketing and agency to ensure smooth coordination and timely execution.

3. Steer Always-On Activation Across Streams

Monitor and coordinate implementation activities across streams CRM, OneWeb and Personalization to drive integrated engagement and optimize utilization of yearly scope.

4. Govern Market Readiness and Compliance

Establish governance standards to ensure market(s) together with relevant stakeholders are ready for activations, aligned with global guidelines, legal requirements and data privacy regulations – ensuring consistent rollouts across market(s) with quality deliverables.

5. Execute Operational and Financial Processes

Manage day-to-day operations including market requests and communication, campaign timelines, budget utilization, contract coordination and invoice process in collaboration with relevant teams.

Qualifikationen

EDUCATION LEVEL / TRAINING

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Digital Media, or a related field (minimum requirement)

• Master’s degree (preferred) in Marketing Strategy, Digital Transformation, Data Analytics, or Business Management

EXPERIENCE (TYPE OF)

• 7 – 10 years of experience in market management, business strategy and/or marketing leadership roles

• Proven success in developing and executing market strategies, with experience in campaign planning and performance evaluation.

• Strong background in leading cross-functional projects, including digital and experiential initiatives, across regional or global teams.

• Experience in stakeholder management, engagement and negotiation, with a track record of aligning diverse markets around shared goals.

• Familiarity with automotive, luxury or premium consumer sectors, with an eye for detail is a strong advantage.

• Prior exposure to collaborating with diverse international markets, global clients, and agencies is highly valued.

SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE/ SKILL

• Proven ability to lead, inspire and effectively manage teams toward shared goals, with expertise in market steering, stakeholder management, campaign planning and end-to-end execution.

• Extensive experience in developing and executing 360° data-driven digital strategies and campaigns, preferably within the automotive industry.

• Solution-oriented with strong strategic and analytical thinking, focused on delivering impactful, practical results across market(s) and business streams by translating insights into actionable market plans.

• Adaptable and innovative, with a keen ability to embrace evolving priorities and ways of working.

• Skilled in project planning, cross-functional collaboration and managing complex initiatives under tight timelines.

• Consistently drives performance, holding both self and others accountable for strong outcomes.

• Highly effective communicator with expertise in negotiation, stakeholder alignment and market coordination.

• Agile and comfortable navigating changes in a fast-paced, dateline-driven environment.

• Passionate about innovation, business transformation and contributing to continuous improvement and value creation.
