To generate timely and actionable market intelligence that supports strategic decision-making, policy formulation, and competitiveness of the Free Zone Authority and Staffing Cities Authority, through comprehensive data analysis and industry benchmarking.
Core Responsibilities:
Conduct research and analysis on market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activity to provide actionable insights to the AD Ports Group.
Develop and maintain competitive intelligence reports that provide insights into the market landscape, competitor strategies, and industry trends.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for growth and improvement based on data-driven insights.
Create and maintain dashboards and reports that provide key performance indicators and insights on business and market trends.
Manage and analyze large data sets to identify patterns and trends that can be used to drive business decisions.
Provide regular updates and presentations to senior leadership on market and competitive trends.
Develop and maintain relationships with key vendors and partners to stay up to date on industry developments and best practices.
Stay up to date on the latest industry trends and best practices in business and market intelligence.
People Management Responsibilities:
Identify personnel staffing requirements and personnel development to optimize performance of the department.
Manage the team by evaluating the performance of team members, providing feedback on an ongoing basis, identifying development needs and coaching them to ensure ongoing capability development.
Strategic Responsibilities:
Execute data-driven strategic visions/business growth opportunities to support AD Ports Group strategy.
Contribute to manage the production of a monthly scorecard on the Group’s markets of interest as well as an annual strategic plan reporting.
Reinforce AD Ports Group’s continuous improvement culture that promotes communication, shared learning, intelligent risk-taking, creative problem solving and accountability for failures and successes.
