Your new role

As a Market Access & Government Relations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring patients have sustainable access to Novo Nordisk’s innovative therapies. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Maximise Novo Nordisk’s business value in Kazakhstan through excellence in market access execution.
  • Monitor healthcare system changes, market trends, competitors, and payer dynamics to understand the access landscape.
  • Develop insights on decision-makers and payers to enable effective prioritisation and segmentation.
  • Execute market access plans across the portfolio, leveraging negotiation frameworks to maximise value.
  • Design and implement sustainable market access tools and projects to strengthen market leadership.
  • Engage healthcare authorities, national payers, patient organisations, and key stakeholders to secure patient access.
  • Collaborate cross‑functionally to identify opportunities and ensure product listing in procurement systems and formularies.

Your new department
You will be part of the Market Access team at Novo Nordisk, where we are dedicated to ensuring that our innovative therapies reach the patients who need them most. Based in Kazakhstan, you will join a dynamic and collaborative team that works closely with healthcare authorities, payers, and other key stakeholders to shape policies and secure access to life-changing treatments. Your skills & qualifications
To succeed in this role, we are looking for candidates with the following qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of relevant experience.
  • Proficiency in English is required, proficiency in Kazakh will be a plus.
  • We are ready to consider candidates from Almaty and Astana.
