What are your contributions to the team?

Reporting to the Director, Material Organization, the incumbent is responsible for planning and executing manufacturing and infrastructure projects that support Bombardier’s operations and growth. They oversee the project portfolio, capital investments, and facility transformation initiatives, while coordinating management teams, employees, suppliers, and partners involved in these projects.

The incumbent will play a key role in advancing the execution culture within the Material Organization by strengthening project management discipline, accountability, execution speed, and the achievement of results.

  • Experience managing industrial, manufacturing, or infrastructure projects.
  • Experience managing capital investments and budgets.
  • Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams and external suppliers.
  • Experience working in a complex manufacturing environment.
  • Experience in continuous improvement and operational transformatio
